Method

Peel and trim the top and bottom of the Chantenay Carrots.
Approx. 10 minutes

Boil a kettle of water.
Approx. 5 minutes

Place the carrots in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes until tender.

Drain the carrots into a colander and return them to the saucepan.

Add the Butter and Honey to the pan.

Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, tossing regularly until the carrots are glazed and sticky.
