Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Feastnav ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Dicey Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17031690).

The Service

Feastnav is a free recipe browsing and meal-planning application. No account or registration is required. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

Recipes: Under UK copyright law, lists of ingredients and cooking techniques are not copyrightable. You are free to cook, adapt, and share any recipe found on Feastnav, and to write your own version of a recipe in your own words. However, the specific written text of Feastnav's recipe descriptions, step-by-step instructions, and translations are original literary works protected by copyright. You may not copy or reproduce this specific written content verbatim without our written permission.

Everything else: The Feastnav name and brand, pixel art recipe images (AI-generated and owned by Dicey Ltd), site design, code, and UI are owned by or licensed to Dicey Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of these without our written permission.

Food safety disclaimer

Recipes on Feastnav are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We include food safety guidance (such as recommended internal temperatures for meat and poultry) but:

  • You are solely responsible for the safe preparation, cooking and storage of food.
  • Always follow current food safety guidelines from your local health authority.
  • Check allergen information carefully — our allergen data is indicative only and may not reflect every ingredient in a product you purchase.
  • If you have a food allergy or intolerance, always read product labels before cooking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dicey Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: cooking outcomes, food safety incidents, reliance on allergen information, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
