About this dish

This hearty Persian noodle soup brings together lentils, beans and a generous quantity of fresh herbs with reshteh noodles in a deeply savoury broth. Tangy kashk, deeply caramelised onion and a mint-infused oil finish each bowl, making it as much about the toppings as the soup itself.
