  • Potato Masher or Fork

Method

Boil a kettle of water. Halve the potatoes if large. Finely chop the garlic and dill.

Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with boiling salted water, and cook for 10-12 mins until tender.

Add the peas and spinach to the pan for the final minute of cooking.
